UGC creator for restaurants, cafés and food brands.
Does your food make someone want to taste it? No advert can put it in their mouth. A real first bite, the steam, the pull-apart, an honest “oh, that’s good”, is the closest a video gets. I’m Monique and I film that kind of content for food and drink brands, on location in real kitchens and cafés, then edit it and hand it over ready to post.
Your food looks great. The feed still scrolls past
Food is brilliant at stopping the thumb; a dish landing, a pour or a cheese pull will out-hook almost anything. The drop-off happens a second later, when the video stops being about the food and starts being an advert.
The fix isn’t a bigger studio. It’s keeping the whole video inside the experience: a real person cooking with it, reacting to it, eating it the way anyone actually would. That’s what a genuine reaction does that a styled shot can’t. It lets the viewer taste it in their head.

Food and drink I have actually filmed
I’d rather show you the work than dress it up in numbers. Onda Pasta Bar, Starbucks’ new menu items, a whole “how to eat and drink around Paris” guide, and a lot of café and restaurant days in between. Press play and judge the craft.
UGC for every kind of food and drink brand
If people eat it or drink it, I can make content that makes them want it, whether you run a restaurant, a café, a bakery, a bar, a drinks brand or a packaged food product on the shelf.
Restaurants
The arrival at the table, the first bite and the room, filmed the way a hungry customer would see it. I shoot the dishes you actually want to sell, plus the details that make a place feel worth the trip: the pass, the pour, the room filling up. You get clips for the feed and cutdowns you can put spend behind.
Cafés & bakeries
Counters, pours, pastries pulled apart. The content that gets a café saved for the weekend rather than scrolled past. Morning light, the queue, the first sip, the laminated corner giving way. It works for one site or a small group opening its third shop, and it doubles as menu-launch content.
Drinks brands
Soft drinks, coffee, matcha, spirits and mixers, shown in the moment someone would actually reach for them. Condensation, the pour, the first taste and the setting that makes it make sense. Built to run as paid social as well as organic, with variants so you can test hooks rather than guess at them.
Packaged food products
Snacks, sauces, meal kits and treats, cooked with and eaten in a real kitchen rather than held up to camera. Shelf to plate in one video: the pick-up, the open, the cook, the verdict. Useful for a retail listing push, a new flavour, or a DTC page that needs video doing the selling.
Dessert & treats
The pull-apart, the drip and the reaction. Sweet things are the easiest hook on the feed if you film the moment properly, so that is what I go for: the cut, the stretch, the melt and the face that follows. Ideal for launches, seasonal specials and anything you want people tagging a friend under.
Bars & venues
Cocktails, sharing plates and the evening itself, cut so people book the table. The build of a drink, the garnish, the room at golden hour and the point in the night your place looks its best. Good for launches, residencies and the quiet midweek slots you want to fill.

What this won’t do: UGC won’t fix a dish people don’t enjoy or promise you a viral hit, and nobody honest can. What it does is make genuinely good food look believable and findable, so the right people actually find you.
Food and drink UGC FAQs
Do I own the videos and the usage rights?
Yes. You get the finished cuts, and raw footage on request, with usage rights for organic posting and paid ads on your own channels. No expiry, no per-use fees.
Can you film in my restaurant or with my product?
That’s the point of what I do. I’d rather film your dish arriving at a real table than a sample on a white background. I can shoot on your premises, on location, or with product sent to me.
My product is “less healthy”. Can I still run this as an ad?
On your own organic channels, yes. The 2026 restriction is on paid online ads for identifiable less-healthy products, and boosting a post counts as paid. I film with that split in mind so you have strong content for the channels that are clear, but the final call on paid placement is yours.
Can the video say my drink “boosts immunity”?
Only if that exact claim is authorised on the GB nutrition and health claims register, and most are not. Personal experience lands harder anyway and keeps you clear of the ASA, so I frame content that way by default.
How many videos do I get, and how fast?
A single video, or three from one filming session, which is where most brands start. Turnaround is usually about a week from filming. Seasonal content wants briefing early; December is the big one for food, so book by October.
You’re travelling. Can you still film for a UK brand?
Yes. I’m a UK creator, currently filming across Asia. I take briefs from anywhere, edit from the road, and plan UK shoot days around trips home. Tell me your timeline and I’ll be straight about what’s doable.
Recent food work
Fancy content that makes people hungry?
Tell me what you make and the moment it’s for, and I’ll come back with an idea within 1 working day.
