Can you shoot a hotel, guest house or Airbnb? Yes, stays are a big part of what I do. The arrival, the spaces and the neighbourhood, shot the way a guest would see them.
Do I own the content? Yes, outright, videos and raw footage, for your website, socials, paid ads and OTA listings.
A gifted or paid collab, does it have to say "ad"? Yes, in the UK it has to be clearly disclosed under the ASA rules. Done well it still converts, a real recommendation beats a hidden ad every time.
